I was deeply saddened today to hear of the passing of Rolling Stones drummer Charlie Watts. I have been a life long Stones fan and was planning to see them play this Fall on their No Filter Tour. Won’t be the same.

Rock and Roll Is Dead
I heard this morning that David Bowie passed away after an 18-month battle with cancer at age 69. I listened to Bowie a lot in my early twenties and saw him live several times. An incredible showman, singer and songwriter. RIP.
